Fast VS Diet
I haven’t been a slave to a strict diet since I found intermittent fasting, supported fasting & extended fasting.
I learned that it isn’t always about WHAT your eat; it is about WHEN you eat! That is fasting in a nutshell.
This new system will be the easiest 5 days of a specialized 24 hour supported fast that can be easily be added monthly, bi-weekly or you can do it weekly if you wish… (it’s that fricken’ easy!) I’m excited to coach you through the magic of managing your eating window.
